Who is eligible for Network Health?
Network Health offers free and low-cost health insurance plans to people who live in Massachusetts who are eligible for MassHealth or Commonwealth Care.
Are you eligible for Network Health Together™?
You may be eligible for Network Health Together, our MassHealth plan, if you:
- Live in Massachusetts
- Are a U.S. citizen

, national, or eligible resident
- Meet income limits
AND are one of the following:
- A parent or adult caretaker relative living with children under age 19
- Under age 19
- Pregnant
- Out of work for at least one year
- Disabled according to the standards set by federal law

Are you eligible for
Network Health Forward™?
You may be eligible for Network Health Forward, our Commonwealth Care plan, if you:
- Live in Massachusetts
- Are 19 years old or older
- Don’t have health insurance, and/or your employer does not offer you health insurance
- Are a U.S. citizen, national, or eligible resident
- Have income equal or less than $32,496 per year for an individual (or $66,156 for a family of 4)
