When we receive the completed Prenatal Registration Form (PDF) and precertify the pregnancy, the member is eligible for:

• Routine ultrasound and prenatal services and nutrition counseling
• Counseling from nurses who can provide information and services specific to pregnant women
• Help selecting pregnancy care provider(s) and a pediatrician
• Special care management services for medically and socially high-risk pregnancies

Our pregnant Network Health Together^® (MassHealth) and Network Health Extend (Medical Security) members also can receive EXTRA benefits and prenatal services, which include:

• FREE electric breast pumps (if eligible)
• FREE $25 gift card to use to buy a booster car seat
• FREE $50 gift card to use to buy a convertible car seat
• FREE childbirth, newborn, and breastfeeding classes —  up to $150 reimbursement each year
• A $10 CVS, Kohl's, Toys R Us, or Walmart gift card when they:
  • Get a postpartum visit between 21 and 56 days after delivery
  • Visit a WIC center twice before giving birth
