In-network
Members do not need a prior authorization from their primary care provider (PCP) for visits to in-network outpatient behavioral health providers. Find one now.
Out-of-network
We must give prior authorization before an out-of-network-specialist visit. We consider clinical access and need when reviewing your prior authorization request. You can request prior authorization by calling us at 888-257-1985.

Our COB policy
Network Health applies its Coordination of Benefits (COB) Policy to all behavioral health services except Intensive Care Coordination (ICC) and Family Support and Training (FS&T).
