We believe that optimal care results from a partnership among your Network Health patient, you and other health care providers, and our care management team.
About our behavioral health services
- We’ve designed our behavioral health services to offer varying levels of care management services to your Network Health patients based on need, intensity of utilization, and/or coexisting medical conditions.
- Our care managers offer 24/7 toll-free clinical access, triage, service authorization, and utilization review at 888-257-1985.
- Our care managers work closely with our medical and social care managers and primary care providers to provide a coordinated care approach.
- We offer intensive clinical management to your Network Health patients at the highest risk for recurrent hospitalizations. We give these patients the opportunity to participate in the development of an individualized crisis prevention plan.
