Call us at 888-257-1985 to use our 24/7 automated member eligibility line. You can check eligibility for an unlimited number of your Network Health patients with one quick phone call. If you’re a primary care provider (PCP), you can also verify that a Network Health member is in our records as part of your panel when you check eligibility. Just have your patient’s Network Health ID number ready and follow the prompts.
MassHealth’s Eligibility Verification System (EVS)
Call 800-554-0042 to access MassHealth’s EVS line for Network Health Together® (MassHealth), Network Health Forward® (Commonwealth Care), and Network Health Unify (Medicare-Medicaid One Care for people ages 21 – 64) members only. You will need your patient's 12-digit Medicaid ID (MMIS) number, along with your 10-character MassHealth provider number or National Provider Identification (NPI) number and password. If you do not have your patient's MMIS number, you can use their name, gender, and date of birth.
