Who are the enrollees?

Network Health Together members are MassHealth members enrolled in the state’s Medicaid plan.

What are the eligibility requirements?

Members qualify for Medicaid based on income, health, and other factors. Adults, as well as children 18 and under, are eligible for MassHealth.

How do my patients get information or enroll?

Call Network Health at 888-257-1985 (TTY: 888-391-5535), Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., or

Call MassHealth Customer Service at 800-841-2900 (TTY: 800-497-4648), Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

How will we know which plan our patient has?

What are the additional Network Health member benefits?

Network Health Together members get all the benefits of MassHealth, plus free EXTRAS from us.

Network Health Forward members are enrolled in the state’s Commonwealth Care program for uninsured adults.

What are the eligibility requirements?

Members qualify for one of three plan types based on income (up to 300% of the federal poverty level), age, family size, and certain citizenship and residency requirements.

How do my patients get information or enroll?

Call Network Health at 888-257-1985 (TTY: 888-391-5535), Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., or

Call Commonwealth Care Customer Service at 877-MA-ENROLL or 877-623-6765 (TTY: 877-623-7773), Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., or visit www.mahealthconnector.org.

Network Health Extend members are Massachusetts residents receiving unemployment insurance through the Department of Unemployment Assistance.

What are the eligibility requirements?

Members qualify for one of three plan types based on income (up to 400% of the federal poverty level), family size, unemployment status, and other factors.

Call Network Health at 888-257-1985 (TTY: 888-391-5535), Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., or

Call Medical Security Program (MSP) Customer Service at 800-908-8801, Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., or visit www.mass.gov/dua/msp.
