Getting a flu shot can help you stay well. Most people only need one flu shot this year. Everyone, especially young kids, pregnant women, people with ongoing health problems like asthma or heart disease, and people 65 years and older, should get a flu shot. Your doctor can give you your flu shot. Adults (18 years and over) can also get a free flu shot at participating pharmacies as of November 1, 2010. You will have to pay for your flu shot if you go somewhere outside of the list of participating pharmacies.
