How much does it cost?
Network Health Extend offers three plan types for eligible Massachusetts residents. Your plan type and cost is determined by the Medical Security Program, and depends on your yearly income and family size.
What kinds of costs are there?
- With some plan types, you may pay a weekly bill called a premium. Children 19 and under, pregnant women, and individuals with disabilities are exempt from weekly premiums.
- With all plan types, you may pay part of the cost for some health services when you get them. These payments are called co-payments. Pregnant women are exempt from pharmacy co-payments.
How much is the weekly premium?
To see how much your weekly premium might be, first find your plan type in our plan type and premium chart. Remember, the Medical Security Program, not Network Health, determines eligibility and what your weekly premiums will be.
How much are the co-payments?
Co-payments vary by service and plan type. See your plan's benefit and co-payment summary for more details.
