Network Health offers free and low-cost health insurance plans to Massachusetts residents eligible for MassHealthClick for Definition or Commonwealth CareClick for Definition.

Your uninsured employees may be eligible for Network Health Together®, our MassHealth plan, if they:

  • Live in MassachusettsClick for Definition
  • Are a U.S. citizenClick for Definition, U.S. nationalClick for Definition, or eligible residentClick for Definition
  • Meet income limits

AND are one of the following:

  • A parent or adult caretaker relativeClick for Definition living with children under age 19
  • Under age 19
  • Pregnant
  • Disabled according to the standards set by federal lawClick for Definition

Your uninsured employees may be eligible for Network Health Forward®, our Commonwealth Care plan, if they:

  • Live in MassachusettsClick for Definition
  • Are 19 years old or older
  • Don’t have health insurance, and/or you do not offer your employees health insurance
  • Are a U.S. citizenClick for Definition, U.S. nationalClick for Definition, or eligible residentClick for Definition
  • Have income equal or less than $32,496 per year for an individual (or $66,156 for a family of four)
