Network Health offers free and low-cost health insurance plans to Massachusetts residents eligible for MassHealth or Commonwealth Care.

Your uninsured employees may be eligible for Network Health Together^®, our MassHealth plan, if they:

• Live in Massachusetts
• Are a U.S. citizen, U.S. national, or eligible resident
• Meet income limits

AND are one of the following:

• A parent or adult caretaker relative living with children under age 19
• Under age 19
• Pregnant
• Disabled according to the standards set by federal law

Your uninsured employees may be eligible for Network Health Forward^®, our Commonwealth Care plan, if they:

• Live in Massachusetts
• Are 19 years old or older
• Don’t have health insurance, and/or you do not offer your employees health insurance
• Are a U.S. citizen, U.S. national, or eligible resident
• Have income equal or less than $32,496 per year for an individual (or $66,156 for a family of four)
