Network Health Offers Health Insurance Renewal Helpline
Network Health members can get help staying insured
(Medford, Mass.) — Network Health has launched a Renewal Helpline to help its eligible MassHealth and Commonwealth Care members keep their health insurance coverage. With a Network Health member’s permission, health care providers and community organizations can also use Network Health’s Renewal Helpline to help eligible MassHealth and Commonwealth Care members complete their renewal forms.
Network Health’s MassHealth and Commonwealth Care members who need help renewing their coverage can call Network Health’s Renewal Helpline at 877-849-0545 Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. Through the Renewal Helpline, Network Health members can ask for an Eligibility Review Form if they lost the form the state sent to them, get help completing their yearly Eligibility Review Form to ensure they get uninterrupted health care for which they may be eligible, and learn more about the health insurance renewal process.
All MassHealth and Commonwealth Care members must renew their health care coverage each year and meet all eligibility requirements. Network Health does not guarantee continuous health care coverage.
People who have other questions about Network Health membership can call Network Health’s customer service team at 888-257-1985 Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Individuals must be eligible for MassHealth to join Network Health Together, a MassHealth plan.
