Network Health Expands MassHealth Network, Now Approved in Quincy and Surrounding Area

MassHealth approves Network Health’s expansion into the Quincy service area, boosting access to the health plan’s network of leading hospitals, community health centers, and physician practices

 

(Medford, Mass.) — Network Health, a Massachusetts health plan that provides access to high-quality health care to more than 160,000 members through its Network Health Together™ (MassHealth) and Network Health Forward™(Commonwealth Care) plans, today announced an expansion of its network to serve eligible MassHealth members in Quincy and neighboring towns.

“This latest expansion is another step forward for Network Health’s core mission — improving the health and well-being of our members and their diverse communities,” says Christina Severin, executive director of Network Health. “Greater access is a critical component of improved community health. Network Health is pleased that this step will provide increased access to care at Quincy service-area hospitals and health centers.”

Network Health partners with a growing network of almost 15,000 primary care providers, specialists, hospitals, and community organizations to serve its MassHealth and Commonwealth Care members.

Individuals must be eligible for MassHealth to join Network Health Together, a MassHealth plan.
