Prior to joining Network Health, Olsten served as project manager for the chief medical officer at Harvard Vanguard Medical Associates. In this role, she managed performance improvement projects for multiple specialty medical practices. Previously, Olsten worked for Harvard Pilgrim Health Care and Harvard Community Health Plan.
