Russell Kopp, Network Health's vice president of finance, wrote a Letter to the Editor responding to a Boston Globe op-ed on the amount of money that health plans spend on administration. Kopp cites Network Health uses 93 cents of every dollar on direct care for the plan's low- to moderate-income members, with the remaining seven cents directed to administration.
