E-mail addresses collected from providers upon registration for online services, including member eligibility verification, claims status, and authorization/referral status, are used to communicate with that provider (or representative of the provider) regarding their online account with Network Health. E-mail address is used as the username for that account and uniquely identifies the individual within our system. We will not use e-mail addresses for any other purpose unless the individual expressly grants us permission, for example, by checking the checkbox on the registration page “Please send me e-mail announcements related to this site,” except where required by law or the state of Massachusetts. If at any time a user wishes to unsubscribe from that list, he or she can send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org requesting to be taken off the list.
Security of e-mail
Please be advised that we cannot guarantee the security of personal health information that you send to us via e-mail through this site. However, by sending us an e-mail, you give Network Health permission to respond to you via e-mail about that subject.
