Network Health is committed to protecting the privacy of all users of this Web site. We do not sell or release information obtained or collected through this Web site, including e-mail addresses, to anyone.
Network Health collects contact information at the request of prospective members, community partners, and employers to inform them about the plan. Additionally, we collect member contact information to fulfill benefit requests and to update our records.

Network Health uses information that online provider services (member eligibility verification, claims status, and authorization/referral status) users submit to verify individuals as being associated with a contracted Network Health provider. Network Health uses contact information for communication with that user about the online services for which they register, and occasionally for additional Network Health marketing purposes. All users of the online provider services must also sign and agree to the terms of the Network Health Connect User Agreement.
Since the online provider services allow access to sensitive personal health information of our members, Network Health tracks and records all user activity related to this portion of the Web site, as required by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA), including, but not limited to, the date, time, IP address, tax ID number, and username of each visit.
