Since 1997, we have been committed to our mission of improving the health and well-being of our members and their diverse communities. Today, we provide high-quality, comprehensive health care coverage to more than 150,000 residents who qualify for MassHealth and Commonwealth Care in more than 300 cities and towns across Massachusetts.

Operating as a nonprofit, we are one of five organizations contracted by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts to serve a portion of our state’s Medicaid population. We offer two health plans: Network Health Together^® (our MassHealth plan) and Network Health Forward^® (our Commonwealth Care plan).

Nationally recognized for our innovative programs, we offer an integrated model of care, providing a team of in-house medical, mental health, social service, and pharmacy professionals to coordinate the care of our members. In addition, we partner with more than 18,000 primary care providers, specialists, hospitals, and community organizations to serve the needs of our members.
